.....WE WILL BE SURPRISED if haynes cute little legal trick works.........TRUSTEE loses APPEAL and then requests a rehearing and states in the rehearing request that HE AGREES WITH THE COURT'S DECISION.......what.....????......OUTRAGEOUS.....and haynes wants a BLATANT ERROR on the record, stricken........sorry, loser.......................

.....haynes should have carved up the appellate court's decision and demanded a rehearing and also request a movement to the U.S. SUPREME COURT........and layered the pleading with support cases................

....but no, haynes goes fairy..........feather..........feeble........and we are paying this incompetent AH $425/hr. for crap......he's in over his head, imo........
