Quote LOL, "So, what happened Yesterday with the court case? You guys have been talking about it for several times and no one cares to say what happened. I read where some even were planning to go to the courthouse to attend the
hearing.
"

LOL !!! WHAT ??????

1) It's a ADMINISTRATIVE ATTORNEY(s) HEARING BEFORE A JUDGE. The ONLY ONES PRESENT ARE THE JUDGE and the attorneys for the Plaintiff and Defendants. It's CLOSED DOOR. This ain't a "trial" yet, LOL !!

2) ANY "outcome" of that HEARING would at most be motions filed or a Judge's order, etc. Those get posted to the Pacer Monitor site.

3) IF the Judge made any decisions or there were any motions allowed to be filed or whatever, they ain't gonna show on the Pacer site for a day or two- the HEARING (not a trial, LOL !!!) was on a Friday - so nothing gets filed until the Judge's docket is done for the day, then she signs off on what is written (probably by her own law clerk(s)) then it goes to the clerk of the court who will post it to the public portal. DAYS to release info like that. Courts don't work weekends, LOL !!

THAT IS IT. It's not a freaking public trial and the defendants won't even be allowed in the room. PRE TRIAL HEARING- a freaking calendar and planning hearing.

The entire thing was likely over in about 10 to 15 minutes MAX. FEDERAL JUDGES ARE MEGA BUSY - no one wastes their time, unless they want to just generally piss um off and get off on the wrong foot... or even get sanctioned by the court or held in contempt or whatever.

The parties submitted their plan for discovery to the court. The court asked for clarification of the plan. In response, the parties filled a joint statement clarifying the plan. The trial itself won't start until after discovery.
