Only have 2k in so not to bad but disappointing yes.
I don't expect Q2 until I see Q1 maybe same day.
If you have ever had to work with planning and permitting you would know that it always takes much longer than one anticipates.
I think he should under PR and over achieve. I suspect he doesn't really agree but then I'm not the CEO of this company just my own.
Never have understood why anyone would trash their own investment. It isn't going to make a difference to the person that it should anyway (CEO).

Clear 100ft MINIMUM space around house.
Having sprinklers on roof to spray after evacuation also helps until water runs out.
