Well the SS is still pretty decent, but it does look like the CEO has all the control of when to expand the AS (and probably other options) without garnering consent of the shareholders...
I have noticed a lot of 8Ks, fairly regularly, which is good in my opinion, and the company name does reference what it does (not always the case in the OTC). I just want opinions on what caused the fumble that made this ticker slide, and if you guys think it has been fixed...
And by fixed I dont mean just gubment muny coming in...that could just bandage a bleeding wound temporarily....cause in my opinion, Uncle Sam is the biggest crook of them all ...
We all have visions of a comeback, but would it be salvageable if there wasnt a govt contract?
This popped good when the contract was PR'd, but its almost settled back to where it was prior...just makes me wonder about the management, thats all.
