The transcript has multiple typos. What Seth said was IF you do not receive a grant on the first try you are allowed to apply again. He did not say the DOE funding didn't work out. You'll have to listen to hear it for yourself.

My circle of fellow investors have done research in public government databases. Our interpretation of these show that LTBR has already applied in July. I will not reveal how we ascertained this information other than to say thanks to the freedom of information act it is accessible to all.

Seth keeps saying, "We'll apply this year." Which doesn't mean he hasn't already applied. He is hedging his bet rather than promising what he can't be sure of like in the past.

There will be a DOE announcement any day now in August regarding the April 30th Nuclear FOA grant applicant winners but LTBR won't be in that batch. because they didn't apply in that window.

If you do not see Lightbridge's name mentioned in the November announcement I believe their first attempt was not successful.

I am confident they applied but can't say so with 100% certainty and of course can't know if they will win or not for sure. If I don't see them named as an award winner in November I'll be very disappointed but only concerned if they are still not in the subsequent January announcement. If January comes and goes without them there's a good chance I'll take a loss and move on but I expect they will be successful. I also expect with a DOE award at long last the upfront utility payments and in-kind resource provisions will follow. I do think there could be one or two bullish catalysts prior to November, but clearly DOE is the big one for now.

As I said I agree with many of Jiffy's points, but I'm comfortable with the risk they present vs. the bullish catalysts I believe are likely and will far outweigh the negatives. No one on any message board has touched on the things I am most concerned about though I discuss them in private with fellow investors. I am not going to reveal those and give ammunition to the fire. For now there's not much more to sink our teeth into. It's a matter of faith and patience so probably not much worth posting about for me personally til the next catalyst.
