I'm with etrade, I just checked and my order is still open so no issues other than that person sitting at .26 with 50000 won't sell me 5500 at .25 lol

It is just Merrill Lynch issue, there is no issue with the stock.
Other brokers you can trade just fine.
My brother has a broker won't let him trade.
NO issue with the stock though at all.
