chipguy, there is no Athlon-M score out there, so it's just about Centrino. Maybe some people agree with that "you're doing this Intel is happy, you're doing that Intel is still happy", but just, you know, bad feeling about Centrino remains... Like it stinks a little bit...

The Banias also sucks on Sysmark ICC compared to every Athlon XP ever produced - even a long-discontinued Athlon XP 1600+ (1.4 GHz) outperforms a 1600 MHz Banias by 6% running Adobe Photoshop® 6.01, Adobe Premiere® 6.0, Microsoft Windows Media Encoder 7.1, Macromedia Dreamweaver 4, and Macromedia Flash 5 in Bapco Sysmark 2002 ICC.
