There is not a single factor that says you could possibly be right and investors have no way to do due diligence.

There is NO BUSINESS to start with.

There is a long time promise of an unknown concept called an ALGAE REIT.

But there are no details on it also.

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, you have a company who has lied to shareholders for 10 years now and DELIVERED NOTHING.

So there is NOTHING to justify any belief of prosperity.
