I am not so sure they aren’t buying back. Someone (company might be a logical choice) sets on the Ask with millions of shares and also sits a couple of clicks lower on the Bid and soaks up shares, that weak hands sell. Happening over and over. We should find out next week, when Q hopefully comes out. They seem to be trying to buy shares around .0012 or occasionally less. At .0012 they can buy 50% of the OS for $500,000. Crazy cheap!
