As of right now there is nothing preventing lower conversion prices coming. So when you are trying to analyze what will happen in regards to future dilution, you shouldn’t rely on a Hail Mary to paint a better picture. As of this moment and the facts that are present today, the second week of September lower conversion prices start. You may choose to ignore the reality but you’re doing a disservice to anyone who isn’t aware of what’s coming. Thanks for your concern, it works just fine though.
