Of course you are correct about needing volume for good TA.

However, my biased opinion for the near-term is that PIOE will settle into a "trading range" even albeit with low volume. I just should have waited another week or so before making any judgements on what that trading range might be.

So unfortunately, I jumped the gun a bit and called $1.10 a possible support level for PIOE.
