Jim , this is dead money for a while. Many can’t come to that understanding. Just look at the volume. Why would anyone be in a rush to buy this.

Thanks Jim! Our group also called the drop from .23's to .15, then .12. There is nothing at this point that will change the falling PPS now. There is absolutely no interest in OWCP, other than those that have been taken to the cleaners already. Our group still owns a ton of shares, but since they are free, I guess we will just wait it out and watch everyone's dream stock go down the tubes. So, I guess we are now LONG on OWCP!

If it is fair to "wait for subpenny" opinion that is logically amusing then why it is not fair to wait for 2019 to see the start of phase 2 trials and hopefully granted patents and sales as claimed by the company?

Wouldn't such waiting show the fairness in the opinions by also saying "we will wait and see on that one" too?

As for the subpenny? We’ll wait and see on that one.
