Just to clarify - I presume you meant to say that 4th Q 2006 should be substantial increase over 4th Q 2005.

I would agree that 3rd Q is not going to be anything special as we know the EDS shipments were not going before September. My biggest concern with the financials at this point is the amount of cash available to TKO and whether or not they will need to do another private placement. Hopefully, if they are indeed shipping product now, that will help with the cash flow. It has aslo been speculated that GE would help with production. If that is in fact the case, that is also a major benefit as TKO then does not have to finance the inventory and is essentially collecting royalty (profit).

GLL posted earlier today or yesterday about TKO having revenues of $20-30MM next year. I hope that she meant to say Net Income instead of Revenue. This CPA says that $30M revenue doesn't do much for you when your costs are more than that. If TKO were to have NOI of $25MM, now we are talking about earnings of $.50/share, and with a multiple of 20, that supports a $10 pps.

Walrus, it is good to hear from you. Are you saying that you do not think we will hear any good news before the 3rd qtr comes out that will keep the stock form selling off. And do you think that there will be any guidance with the 3rd qtr report. Hope you are feeling well

Yep that`s spot on, I posted about this a few weeks back and I commented that it appears that from July onwards it would appear that TKO is currently running about a quarter behind itself, so the explosive 4th quarter we were expecting will still be extremely good because as you state, shipping has started, but good old EDS eh, we have a saying over here which I don`t know if it`s the same over there and I`ll keep it clean, "EDS couldn`t organise a p&ss up in a brewery!!"

4th quarter will be very good, but the explosive 4th quarter now moves round one to Q1 2007, but so what, it will happen and no doubt there will be a bit of rockiness around that time, hence why I feel the GE news won`t be announced till after Q3 results to get it back on track, albeit some say we might even get news by this Friday re the GE meetings this week, I can`t seriously see that happening.

Nice to see you posting Walrus and not getting slaited everytime as we do on Yahoo, albeit Colormixer is trying his best.

Colormixer should be jumping up and down, we`ve had a decent up tick today on moderately light historical volume.
