That is completely false yet again. The Kosmos case against ERHC has not been dismissed and is tentatively scheduled for trial on 8\20. I don't think I will attend but I will be able to get the results.
Too bad I am not going. The judge was rumored to be serving 22 fresh bagels with lox and cream cheese.
