Ehh not really misleading, it’s a new structure of conversion for a portion of a convertible security. Wave, phase, tranche call it what you want it’s the same thing. But your link referring to bond/asset securitization doesn’t really apply here and I think we all know I’m talking about either of those.
Now what jumps out as misleading and frankly dishonest is saying you’re one of the participants in this latest offering and talking about what holders would be doing because of m&a that could be coming soon while the share price was well above where it is currently. So do you care to clarify these statements?
