If your like me who has been sitting on my shares and accumulating and now have all those dollars stagnating well you have nothing to lose. Or we can cash out our shares buy a commercial building and collect rent from the tenant. So basically that’s what we have here, we have a tenant paying us rent but there is no operating expenses, it’s a total win!
