Gotcha. “Over $200,000 in CBD preorders” were officially announced roughly 6-8 weeks ago by the company and Fishoff has said that with the overwhelming interest in the CBD drink since the release of that PR about the $200k in preorders, there has been much more interest in our CBD hydrogen infused beverage since then so that $200k figure should be growing...but not sure by how much.
As for the 126 M O/S, I can’t comment on that. I’ve wanted to contact Fishoff or the company directly to see if the company would put out a PR about the current share structure but talked myself out of it simply due to potential insider trading knowledge and didn’t want to get myself in a pickle later on since I own a lot of stock. I just know that RF is an absolute BEAST and he’s actually a credible and trustworthy CEO which is rare in the OTCBB markets especially in the cannabis business although $HIPH is truly a conglomerate nowadays.
