We were both right in a sense.

I said that putting Leaf of Faith into VLNX would not be considered a spinout since dividend shares would not be registered with the SEC. Then later I said that the only scenario I could see James Frack moving Leaf of Faith into the VLNX shell is if the Leaf of Faith spinout/dividend was a lie just to run a pump & dump on VGID.

Turns out that there was no dividend. The spinout/dividend was nothing but a lie to run a pump & dump on VGID.

So the spinout isn't a spinout. Instead Frack is just moving Leaf of Faith out of the VGID shell and into the VLNX. VGID shareholders get nothing of any value in return.


As far as revenues go, if they don't have any products for sale any where I doubt they have any real revenues.

James Frack and the VGID CEO Lawrence L Twombly are proven liars. Spend just a couple minutes on the VGID forum and you'll see lots of proof of their long string of lies.

I wouldn't get my hopes up that Leaf of Faith will be anything more than an extension of the long running scam committed against the VGID shareholders or that VLNX will ever be able to get a name/symbol change approved by FINRA. But at least for the near term it gives VLNX traders something to pump (as misguided as the pumping may be).
