Bemax doesn't have to be the officiating company, so clueless.

What in the hell does officiating company mean - talk about clueless.

Bemax is domiciled in Nevada and is in default.

Bemax has a office in Georgia but they aren't registered as a business entity with the Georgia SOS - which means they are operating illegally.
