The secured creditors want their money and they only care about themselves & want their money as quick as possible before any further deterioration of the assets. Every day that goes by costs $$$$. It's kind of a scorched earth policy.

Did you miss the part about creditors wanting their 70 million dollars owed them ? I believe they are the ones in a hurry. Do you blame them ?
