Chemist, i surmise that any news of an acquisition by RCP of an other investment mgmt firm might jump the shareprice of PIOE.

I think if people saw this on the horizon there wouldn't be this selling, but what do i know?

If this pps drops too much i may be tempted to buy more shares, but i'm so overweight already.... Yet i'm seeing far more clearly now a path to profitability and then greater-and-greater profitability as RCP's AUM grows over the coming qtrs and years.

So it seems like a no-brainer investment for the longer term.
