Haha. Yeah, but that's a $1.5 billion investment (at $1.1M per ha). They can probably do it a lot cheaper, but they are not telling us.

Whereas 18 APRAS buildings would cost less than a third.

I think they will do all three

- Outdoor shrimp
- Indoor fish
- Indoor shrimp.

The problem with outdoor shrimp is, you have to teach all those farmers. Which poses risk. And you only get a piece of the pie.

The problem with indoor fish is, you are hauling fish back and forth all day long. Lots of trucks ;-) You need to grow many different species. And you can't guarantee quality.

And the problem with indoor shrimp right now is, they are nowhere near the same efficiency.

Which leaves the experimental farm. Which is just another version of ODRAS IMO. But they call it APRAS.

The one thing all these scenarios have in common, is this. CA will profit from it.
