He might not respond to information based on rumors either. We need to remember Brickner is NOT the one that is making the claims about Nick Brown being involved. That information is all based on someone else's speculation. Someione with a vested interest that bought in the triple zeros. If it were in an actual filing or on the active website - whichever site they are using at the moment - that would be different.
I would assume it will appear in an SEC filing if they plan to get current and cough up audited financials.
Heck Brickner probably wouldn't admit nor deny involvement given it is a plus for him!
So we wait. Either word from NICK from investors who wrote to him (as that was proven to be one of his email addresses) or it appears or doesn't appear in the next filings or on the website. I would assume they will also put out a press release about it as well. Companies don't usually address rumored SPECULATION either as has been seen numerous times when this type of pump comes up.
The truth will come out on who is misleading whom.
