Well with the merger clearly not being complete, issuing a PR would be out of the question. One cannot start issuing PR’s until they are officially merged in and have taken over full control of the shell. So there you have it. I have a little bit of experience
with shells and I can tell you that no PR‘s are ever issued until the merger is complete. So you asking for a PR when they don’t technically even own the company is simply not allowed. The attorney has stated that they will issue a PR is soon as the deal is done and FINRA green lights it . I don’t know what else to tell you.

With all this due diligence you were doing I would think at the very least you would have tried to call the attorney on both sides. I have called the attorney and I have spoken with the custodian of the shell as well. Because that’s pretty much the only route you’re going to be able to go down until this thing is announced/completed. They are the closest to the deal and they can offer you as much information as is publicly allowed. I would make that your next stop so you don’t feel so worried about something you clearly don’t want to own,,,
