I don't hate Moelis, I just fear that a group of preferred shareholders are trying to railroad it into a rush judgement that benefits a few at the expense of the many. Moelis is a step better than the status quo which sucks for everyone.

Is it the best solution to stop the insanity? I am just not convinced, even if it means waiting another year to find out. I think we ALL can do a lot better.

I agree. I'm long FNMA and I don't understand how anyone in common only, could support moelis. Given the risk with common, if they'll take moelis they should have been in preferred all along. Or they've become so impatient they'll take anything. I want at least $20
