yup.Thats what king and i talked about.Its not a problem just imo the first 2.4mil theygot They have to payback like 3.8 mil plus interest.Begnning in december if noteholder does not convert.Dont know how much principal on the 1.8 mil borrowed last month.Ticker.They had to borrow the money at a large note discount.
