They’re a hosting facility.

If one spends a few moments to read their own filing it clearly says they’re hosting the machines in its facilities at Flats Road under individual service agreements with third-party machine owners.

Any revenue would come from a set rate agreement.

Here’s what I could find on the going rate in New York State:

Central New York State – KW rates from $75-$90 “all in” depending upon the payment term and volume. At the $70 KW, miners can expect to pay approximately $100/month for an Antminer S9 and $70 for an Antminer L3. New York State electrical companies are considering a “surcharge” on miner hosting facilities so these rates may change soon.
