Actually as you've been pointed out many times, they are not 'rock solid'. The town has dedicated countless dollars shutting this operation down and have been in and out of court suing the owners as of years ago. They even had police shut down the street and discontinue operations almost immediately after they started again weeks ago. Homeowners all around the area expressing their distaste to the newspapers, media and all. Far from rock solid IMO. Seems more like a rock solid POS.
