Actually their intent was put out a month before through a filing around a month prior. It was even discussed about on these boards in mid Feb. Unlike most Pink RS, this was not used as a dilution tool. That was shown by the updated otcmarkets.com page. This RS was used as a way to get the full Jinbo company into JBZY.
