I really don't understand why those 0.0001s sellers are such stupid? EFLN has a $0.0064 a share Solid Positive Book Value (not accounting for the so-called $500M worthy "Gold Reserves" value)! In the worst situation (say the stock is deleted completely) as the shareholders we still have the right to demand the company to liquidate all their business to pay out all the common shares which would give us at least $0.0032 per share Liquidation Value and that is 32 Times of current Bottom price! Why anyone here bother to sell their EFLN shares at the Lowest-Possible price 0.0001 while they could get $0.0032 per share Huge Buy-Out offering price?
