Bask, or some other "tenant" would have to apply for a license first. No point in building without a tenant getting a license. I haven't checked to see if there's a list of applicants for ma. Hopefully there is a list. In the meantime, the black market just keeps getting stronger with each delay on the state and municipal level. We're approaching two years since the vote, and yet we still don't have a recreational market.
