Balance sheet looks great cause they’ve raised a ton of money through share issuances. They definitely have the assets to make some serious moves but and are a value play at this valuation imo.
That being said those types of predictions can backfire. In this case it did big time imo. They didn’t just miss they weren’t even close. 172k in revenue, and 3.7 MILLION in expenses will scare off any serious investor. What happened to cause the huge decrease YOY? 172K last quarter and 4.3M the year before?
They diluted it down so much that folks are scared to buy. The bid has been a ghost land and I think it’ll happen again. This pop won’t last and new lows will be had. Until they can show improving revs this is a grossly underperforming company with massive expenses. That kind of thing can only last through funding via share issuances. Aka dilution:(
I’ll have my eye on it but don’t think it’s turned for good just yet. Just my opinion of course.
