This suggestion could help open the door toward SEC "Industry-Friendly" cooperation relative to Blockchain applications for required Corporate filings ..... across the board ..... The SEC may have helpful input ..... which could improve industry-wide cost-savings for both Corporations and the SEC ..... Who knows what may transpire if concerned interests agree to work together ? ..... The SEC could parlay their share of savings ..... by streamlining labor-intensive procedures ..... into purchasing "better furniture" OR consider a "health and wellness fund" for employees .....
On a more serious option of possibility ..... From a pragmatic standpoint ..... all Corporations are required to make disclosure filings ..... and the structural process could likely be "cleaned-up and streamlined" ..... becoming more transparent ..... by adopting blockchain-technology ..... Data could most likely be entered and organized as it comes in with an insightful organization and application of the "blockchain ledger" technology .....
Some people understand why certain interests might fight to maintain a "fuzzy" and easily complicated process of financial disclosure .....
Based upon easily available public information ..... the SEC seemingly played an instrumental role in the financial meltdown of 2008 ..... And it cost taxpayers trillions of dollars ..... It may be a beneficial time in American history to embark on a more ethical course of non-partisan action ..... like collaboration !!! .....
It should cause no harm to ask the SEC for their professional input with respect to making an Industry-wide transition toward 10-K reporting ..... accessing "blockchain-technology" ..... The SEC would be free to say "NO thanks ..... We don´t have any spare time !!!" ..... and "tip-their-hand" toward an apparent bias ..... a preference for serving "elite special interests" ..... A new direction toward harmony and "fairness for all" would be welcomed by a seemingly nervous electorate !!! .....
