The Serbians may be OK with it and permit reciprocation, but the SEC does NOT. So now the argument is that Mexus, a US Company, should be permitted to ignore US law and comply with Serbian law just because?
The SEC regularly slaps companies that try it and reminds them that they should not be using a Canadian law.
If Mexus wants to commit MORE fraud beyond what they are already doing, go for it.
