Excessive negativity on the HC board. I can attest myself to this as a way to dump-and-pump instead of pump-and-dump. My example is PPCB. Recently watched it go to sub penny (when I bought) and several weeks later go to $0.175 (when I sold). (I might add PPCB went up on absolutely no news. Just management and insiders playing games.) Definitely could happen with MXC imho so be patient!
