I did check the filings and that was the basis for my post. You seem to be implying, falsely, that the company has continued to sell shares beyond the February 2018 Private Placement. This is simply not correct. If you compare the shares outstanding in their Q1 10q filing (3/31/18) vs. OTC profile dated 7/25/18, the number of shares has not changed. These are facts supported by the public filings.
