Well yea someone is selling and its been real low volume overall, typical summer OTC action so any decent selling has taken price down. Could simply be people that bought at these levels when volume was higher or could be restricted shares being dumped.
Has been consistent and decent bid support in 3's low 4's as well, question is who will give first, chart looks to want to break one way or another soon its just a matter of who wins the battle
