I have to wonder, at this point, what you and TT are doing here, unless you're short XXII. You both seem to find nothing of redeeming value in the company or its prospects.
The management seems competent, to me, if not stellar, and I don't see how the future chances in VLN, MJ or hemp have really decreased. Think of the resistance that big oil has put up against electric cars, for example, and you can get a better idea of what XXII is up against. It just not true that if you build a better mousetrap the world will beat a path to your door. There are entrenched interests who will do anything to divert the world from that path.
I don't have much faith in Dr. Gottlieb, I don't think there will be a mandate, but I do think our VLN will be allowed on the open market. And that XXII will make a killing from that. It's still very early in the MJ and hemp games, no telling how they will shake out, big risk, big reward, or go home.
