Laun did reply to my email as he always does. So not to misquote him here is a coy / paste: The filings are basically done - we are working with OTC Markets to get our account set up again.
Obviously this is a good first step and realistically the financials won’t show much if anything. Then it’s up to executive team to start executing the business plan. If the biography’s provided are accurate they have ready sources to engage in business discussions ASAP. I would think this has been implemented already as there isn’t anything else on their plate imo. I could be dead wrong but the business model doesn’t require extensive funding. Testing interfaces is time consuming but this should have been well under way.
