Which patent are you referring to? There are at least two patents: the modified technology or the cheaper, unknown technology. Seems unlikely.

So what does he bring to ELTP? Not exactly a direct replacement for Pfeifer who was supposed to be working with the corrupt FDA? Looks like connections for manufacturing, packaging, distribution, financing? So maybe some involvement with recent approved ANDAs...........
