PT, when you get time, skim the two Berkshire Hathaway (BRK) boards I mod on IHUB. I use those boards to store a lot of general stock market information. Articles and academic studies.
SA has value but I doubt the future of the S&P can be predicted by anyone... and certainly not by anyone on SA or especially Stocktwits.
Buffett and his partner Charlie Munger make no effort to time market trends. Munger, age 94, graduated Harvard Law magna cum laude in 1948. In the market experience is vital. Much about their methods can be used by the average investor (but certainly not everything).
