If this was the typical Pink Sheet R/M - R/S, you would have seen promotion after promotion after promotion followed by massive buying, then selling and a OS of 200M plus by now.
None of that has happened with this stock or its two sister companies!
The scam theory had or will be soon thrown out the proverbial window!
