True- ALKM has recently filed 2015 financials which brings to light amazing progress in there future!.
This is why the OTC Markets agree there was no reason for the Skull and crossbones as it was a company that had no relation to ALKM running an add for business. Read 8k again you obviously missed the biggest point and really the only point in the 8k geez. quotes for ALKM have no reason to be suspended.

The warning is due to the promotion that citadel put out via one of their fake news sites... it's no secret that citadel and other MMs are working overtime , trying to accumulate massive inventory here before moving to a penny.... not my first rodeo
Your statement that they are not current is only half true because they recently filed their 2015 10k. ALKM was given a filing extension because they have tons of banking records and revenue streams to assimilate into their filings. That's why the SEC let them slide for 3 years.
