There are a few like yourself who believe otherwise, but customers love him, engineers love him, clinical chemists love him, investors love him. That's what is important in the business world. The fact that a few self-entitled, self-centered individuals hate him is unimportant in the greater scheme of things.
Some penny traders hate Mr. Berman, and have hated him for so long that they forget why they hate him. And since he is good at his job, he has the ability to ignore what some of the penny traders say and do. On the other hand, I am sure he would gladly turn over DECN to a penny trader, if for no other reason, to watch them struggle with the prospects of having a real job with real responsibilities, and if the penny trader is honest with him/herself, that person will wake up one morning and say to his/herself -- "What have I gotten myself into. What have I done." But that first has to happen. I am patient, I can wait to see.
