That’s what I’m thinking $2. And MoviePass purchased and separated from Helios and Matheson. Bye bye Ted. And then MoviePass to go private. And then... maybe IPO later. $2. Even if O/S is at 150 million already. Maybe more.
Not sure if Triton would want to continue or also acquire MoviePass Films and/or MoviePass Ventures, probably not. Or they might want to acquire and sideline or shutter them so that H&M would not interfere with the MoviePass brand, and sideline them unless these two MP filmmaking entities can truly integrate with the MoviePass model.
