Bonds aren’t fake what ING did was sell them into the market to bolster their balance sheet when they were in financial difficulty in 2009 but it didn’t put them on the balance sheet.
Funny that!
ING is a corrupt organisation which is why they were fined more than $600m by the US authorities!
It wasn’t a mark of good will as to how corrupt they are! Was it now? Lol
