Check out the financials, mostly. This company has over 23.4 billion shares outstanding, out of 25 billion authorized. Either a reverse split is going to have to happen, or they'll just add more shares. Losses quarter after quarter, tens of millions of dollars in debt.
Might be a good for a short term investment with the right hype news, but dilution has killed this stock. I wouldn't hold onto anything long term.
