I'm in the islands and to be quite honest I've been flying blind with no lvl2 for 5 wks.So you're saying VNDM has been the offer for weeks here?Where's OTCX been on the offer or no?Has VNDM been the offer showing these 3500/3900 blocks daily?If so he's new here,but could be taking the place of OTCX.Like I said I don't have lvl2 right now.However VNDM is a dilution solution mm/route for a few firms,he can be routed to by some retail traders depending who they trade with and the routes they have.I check with the TA weekly with no dilution as of Friday,so..
