LapT - I find it difficult to believe that a Big Four accounting firm operating worldwide (either KPMG or PWC, whichever is the case) would not know what format best accommodates EDGAR filings. It is a standardized format and I find it difficult to believe that there is not software to convert it rather routinely. It's not like KPMG or PWC rarely prepare audited financials which are to be filed with the SEC.

I think it's something else, and not necessarily a big deal.

p.s. - I did leave out a plate of cookies and a cold glass of milk last night...LOL
