All you are is a shield to try and protect the present corrupt management in their failures to update the shareholders on operations taking place at the property that USPR controls.
The reason we need new management is that there will be complete transparency and honesty on what is taking place at the property.

The property's potential is so fantastic that obtaining monies will be absolutely no difficulty when it is in the hands of people that have a vested interest of their own monies- of millions of dollars invested to this point.

I can assure you that there is a game plan of great potential for the benefit of all shareholders.

P.S. think about it, if there was not such a huge potential present at this property, why would people be fighting over something that is worthless?
